Presenting…the new and improved Phila2035.org!
This redesigned site focuses on putting the Philadelphia2035 comprehensive plan into action.
Our goal with this new site is to make the plan, our staff, and opportunities for public involvement more accessible.
While almost all the Philadelphia2035 District Plans are published, they are only the beginning of the process. Now we are working to make Philadelphia2035 happen and there are many ways to get involved in this phase of the planning process!

The Plan: see a map of the city’s 18 planning districts—type in your address to see which district you live in!
If a district is orange, it means the plan is not or is in progress. Click on those districts to learn how you can get involved in the planning process.
If a district is blue that means its plan is published. Click on the district and visit the “ongoing projects” section to learn how that plan is being put into action.
